Tasks:

Coordinating and strengthening nanoscience at JYU by:

• Developing nanoscience education, research and innovation activities
• Improving the societal impact of nanoscience and enhancing its visibility within society
• Developing and maintaining nanoscience research infrastructure

The Nanoscience Center (NSC) has invited internationally renowned nanoscience experts to evaluate its activities and research. A two-day evaluation event has been organized for the International Advisory Board (IAB) since 2012. The next evaluation will take place in 2021.
