High level research at the nanoscale

The Nanoscience Center hosts more than a hundred researchers with a background in biology, chemistry or physics. The strength of the NSC is that there are people from various areas, from practical biologists to theoretical physicists. In addition to experimental work, substantial effort is invested in the theoretical and computational study of nanoscale systems. The current research at NSC can be divided into the following focus areas:

  • Health and well-being
  • Sustainable society
  • Second quantum revolution
