How to inform data subjects about personal data processing (model templates for employees and students)

Data privacy legislation emphasises the importance of giving information to data subjects and the importance that this information can be easily understood.

The data subject, i.e. the person whose personal data are processed, must be informed of the processing of his or her personal data in an intelligible manner that also meets the requirements laid down by law. Template forms have been implemented to provide information.

Personal data prtotection training for the staff

Data protection training for the staff

Data protection familiarisation consists of a single session, which takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. It consists of three parts: concepts and instructions, case studies and a test. The training is considered to be completed and passed when you get everything correct in the test at the end of the course. However, the most important thing is to internalise the basics and processes covered in the course rather than the test.
