Learning at work and well-being
The research seeks to identify and understand the cognitive, social and emotional challenges and needs for adult learning and well-being that result from the digitalisation of work and the diversification of careers. In addition to growth and learning in adulthood, it will explore professional identity, its development and support, professional agency and leadership in both learning and working life.
Research on well-being at work will focus on the reconciliation of work and family life, on the workload and job satisfaction of teachers, guidance counsellors and head teachers, and on the well-being of the school community as a whole. The research will be applied to teaching and training of future professionals and to support their professional development.
