Research group description
The research community includes researchers in education and educational leadership from different universities.
It operates through twice-yearly national research seminars, organised in pairs and alternately by the different universities. The seminars are held remotely or in hybrid formats and present current research on educational leadership. In addition, the research community has its own thematic group at the annual Education Science Days. The FinEdLead research community has also met and agreed on future orientations, seminar programmes and themes in connection with the seminars and the Education Days.
The research community is open and the seminars are open to all those interested in educational leadership. Elina Fonsén (JYU) and Raisa Carpelan (HY) are the convenors and maintainers of the email list.
Individuals listed under the External Members heading are equal members of the research community.
