HelpJYU Service Desk

You can contact the Digital Services Helpdesk for all your IT needs. The helpdesk can provide you with help and advice on using IT services and problems with user accounts. If necessary, the service desk will forward feedback and queries to the experts.

Local IT Support

The mission of Local IT Support is to assist and facilitate the use of the University's digital services close to the customer and the customer's activities. Local IT Support is located on campus. So if you are having problems with your computer or computer software, please request HelpJYU in the first instance and we can then arrange a meeting with you.

Video and AV Support

Online video services (Moniviestin), on-premises recording and videoconferencing.

Phone Support

Phone support help you with your work-related phones. For example, you can order a work phone for yourself or contact if you have a problem with your work phone.

On-call assistance (outside normal working hours)

The on-call assistance receives reports of acute faults in information systems and starts to fix them, outside normal working hours.
