Support can only be provided for phones that are standardised by the university. If an department has purchased a phone that is not part of the service, the support and any problems related to its use will always be the responsibility of the department.
Through the phone support you can:
- Return your phone subscription or phone.
- Get help with phone acquisition, subscriptions, problems and faults.
- Update university conctact search infromation.
- Request activation of private phone calls services on your workphone.
