The on-call assistance receives reports on acute errors and faults in data systems occurring outside of normal working hours.
Note! Errors and faults in user accounts and workstations do not belong to on-call assistance. They are dealt with your domain's local computer support and within working hours.
On-call assistance hours: Mon - Fri from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, weekends from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You can leave an error report by calling, sending an SMS or via e-mail.
