You can contact the Digital Services Helpdesk for all your IT needs. The helpdesk can provide help and advice on using IT services and problems with user accounts. If necessary, the service desk will forward feedback and queries to the experts.

The Helpdesk can help you with the following, among other things:
- Acquiring a Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ user account and help with problems related to accounts
- User account renewals and authorisations (staff, trainees, visitors, outsiders, etc.).
- Selling software for home use (e.g. SPSS)
- Sales and distribution of software and licences to departments (e.g. Adobe products)
