Internal bulletin: Implementation of Converis research activity module proceeds, new forms available

The new research activity module in Converis highlights different kinds of merits in a versatile way. During summer 2024 new forms have been opened for production use (2nd phase of the implementation) and additional TUTKA modules have been closed.
