Research activities development
New research activity module is being developed in Converis. The new module will enable versatile recording of different kinds of merits related to research and expert tasks. Read more from the bulletins on (11/2023), on (05/2024), and on (09/2024).
The activities are based on national data model ”Researcher’s profile” used in service (Finnish Research information hub), classifications used in template for by Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK, and national recommendation for , as well as other tracking needs identified at the JYU.
When completed, the research activity module will replace the corresponding functionalities in TUTKA. Activities-related reportable data of 2024 is recorded to Converis (exception: TUTKA is still used to record information on visits abroad and foreign guests).
Integrations are planned for some of the activity forms, if the equivalent data is recorded to other JYU system. Most of the integrations will be implemented after the initial release.
