Read more from the bulletins on (11/2023), on (05/2024), and on (09/2024). During the third implementation phase (12/2024) rest of the forms have been published and usable for for units that track this information.

The activities are based on national data model ”Researcher’s profile” used in service (Finnish Research information hub), classifications used in template for by Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK, and national recommendation for , as well as other tracking needs identified at the JYU. During the development the classification has been elaborated to meet the needs of JYU units.

Research activity module has replaced the corresponding functionalities in TUTKA. Activities-related reportable data since 2024 is recorded to Converis (exception: TUTKA was used to record 2024 information on visits abroad and foreign guests). Talks and artistic presentations, as well as peer reviews (from statements module) were transferred from TUTKA to Converis on 05/2025. See the bulletin on (06/2025).

In addition, integrations are planned for some of the activity forms. Prequisites from integration include that is that the corresponding data are recorded in the other system to a sufficient extent so that the affiliations of individuals (especially JYU-related) can be identified with sufficient precision. The first implemented integration is the import of qualifications (docentships on the initial release) from Mepco to Converis. Import of thesis supervisions from Vasara is under planning.  For further development, it is also considered to import JYU statements sent from Vasara into the national .
