Procedure for contacting regarding information security issues
If you have security-related questions, need advice, or have other service requests, you can contact the security team following the instructions below. Please note that security incidents and breaches (such as phishing attempts) should be reported through the HelpJYU portal according to the "Report a information security breach or incident" instructions.
You can also use the portal to report good security practices you have observed and to provide feedback on security activities.
Submitting a information security service request to the information security team in the HelpJYU Portal:
- Go to .
- If you have JYU credentials, log in to the service; otherwise, proceed to step 3.
- On the main page, select "Get help with IT issue".
- Choose "Security" from the "What does the issue concern" section.
- Fill in the required information.
- After filling in the details, submit the form.
