How to apply for international bachelor's programmes
Looking for more detailed application instructions?
Below you can easily find all published further instructions regarding demonstrating your English skills, requirements for educational documents and how to submit SAT or ACT scores to JYU when applying to our English-taught bachelor's degree programmes.
Where is the online application form?
The online application form will be available on Studyinfo.fi portal, and it is open only during the application period.
At Studyinfo.fi you can find information on different degrees and qualifications and learn about studies in educational institutions in Finland.
You must submit all the necessary documents on the application form on Studyinfo by the given deadlines for your application to be considered. If you apply based on an SAT or ACT test result to the Business Innovation and Sustainability programme, remember that your test score must also arrive to the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ directly from the test organiser.
You  can  find  a  full  list  of  all  the  required  attachments  in  the  admission criteria of the programme. We kindly ask you not to send us any other documents, as these  cannot  be  considered  and  only  slow  down  the  processing  of  your  application.
Good to know for minors
Please note that if you are under 18 years old when you start the studies in Finland, you are legally a minor. As a minor, practicalities regarding settling down in Finland often require consent from your parent(s). For instance, making a rental agreement, obtaining home insurance and opening a bank account oftentimes require consent from your parent(s) if you are under 18 years old.
