Biological and environmental science seminars

The seminars were established to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas, based around a lecture by a world-class invited researcher.

Seminars are arranged during the academic year on a weekly basis. Everyone interested in the topic is welcome to attend. The seminars are held September – May every Thursday from 14:15 till 15:00 in the Ambiotica Auditorium (YAA303) and at times in hybrid form. Please see details in the announcements below. Topics cover the diverse fields of Biological and Environmental Science and include research presentations by doctoral researchers in the department. Master degree students can obtain credits for their participation through course BENS9111. Doctoral students should participate through courses BENJ1001 or BENJ1009.  Please see the instructions in the course .
