Seminars of the Department of Biological and Environmental Science

Seminars provide students and staff with an opportunity to learn new practices and to discuss the latest research news. Every participant learns something new.

The Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences hosts weekly seminars to which everyone is welcome to attend. These seminars address themes and questions of common interest in Cell and Molecular Biology, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, Aquatic Sciences and Environmental Science.

Biological and environmental science seminars

The seminars were established to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas, based around a lecture by a world-class invited researcher. The seminars are aimed at students, staff and all interested parties. Anyone interested in the topic is warmly welcomed!
