We aim
Our aim is to promote research on organisational ethics and responsibility in working life as it relates to management and people. We promote research on the potential of diverse people in work and leadership.
Our research uses a wide range of research methods to explore ethical issues, inclusiveness, responsible leadership and people management, sustainable careers, diversity and well-being in different work contexts.
The research group will develop international and national academic research and collaboration with partners focusing on organisational ethics, leadership and human resource management, and the capacity of diverse people to participate and thrive in different contexts of working life.
Through our research, we contribute to higher education, leadership training and workplace development, with a focus on ethics, leadership and people, and inclusion and well-being of diverse people. Our research team actively contributes to the societal debate and promotes the translation of research knowledge into practical work.
We organise actively ETHOS research group seminars with national and international speakers, and we constantly work together inspire our joint efforts to progress research in this field.
