Contextual Behavioral Science Research Network
Research group description
Intervention research
Our research network develops and studies process-based cognitive behavioural therapy intervention methods from a contextual behavioural science perspective. In particular, we apply models based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Relational Frame Theory and other cognitive behavioural therapies. We are focused on investigating the effectiveness and acceptability of these methods in promoting well-being and health. We also apply and develop psychological analysis methods to replace diagnosis, based on the behavioural analytic tradition. Our network has extensive experience in developing short and cost-effective interventions using new technologies such as web and mobile solutions and virtual reality.
