Project description

Methodologies for Teamworking in Eco-Outwards Research (METEOR) -development project aims to enhance the transversal skills of doctoral candidates and early career researchers through an innovative, collaborative, and participatory training program. METEOR pilots the fostering of collaboration and teamwork skills, as well as multicultural competence and the development of international multidisciplinary projects in researcher training. The international, Horizon Europe-funded METEOR project will also produce recommendations for higher education institutions and organizations that fund and evaluate researcher training.
