Research interests
My main research theme is state-owned enterprise. I specifically examine state ownership in companies and the policies related to state ownership. Conversely, I also explore the impact of state ownership on companies' strategies, such as internationalization. My research contributes to understanding the long-term effects of state intervention on economic development.
Another central research theme is executive education. I study the development of the education model in Finland in the post-World War II era and the various applications of education programs within companies.
