I research and write about equality, agency and guidance on education. I lead the research and teaching unit of guidance on the teacher education department as well as the seminar for doctoral researchers on guidance, careers and education policies. I supervise master's students and teach courses on practices and policies of guidance and its intertwinement with life courses and social justice.
