Biography

I work as a Senior Lecturer in Educational Leadership in the Department of Education. I have a Title of Docent (Adjunct Professor) at the University of Lapland in the field of Leadership and Professional Development in Education. My job description includes teaching and guidance tasks in the International Master's Programme in Education (EDUMA) and in the continuing learning training of the Institute of Educational Leadership. In addition, I supervise theses (master's theses and dissertations). My research areas are educational leadership, adult education and guidance and counselling.
