Reserving

If all the copies of the book you want to borrow are on loan, you can place a request through JYKDOK. When the book is ready for pickup, you will receive a notice of arrival by email. You will find the book on the shelf by your hold number.

Renewing

You can renew your loan for example by logging into the JYKDOK database, by email or by phone.

Returning and fines

Reading room loans and storage places

See instructions for ordering material from the Depository Collection from the Kanavuori Collection Centre. As the material can only be used in the library, you will be given a storage place for it.

Departmental loans

JYU staff can get departmental loans from the Legal Deposit Collection for teaching and research purposes.
