Look no further! Introducing the Student's Compass supported program with a dedicated well-being coach by your side!

What is Student Compass?

The Student Compass (OK) is a research-based mental wellbeing and life skills online program that you can use for free with the support of a wellbeing coach. In our one-on-one coach program, you can receive support, for example, for handling stress as well as improving overall life skills and self-awareness. You can discuss with our coach about your current concerns, set goals, and receive personalized guidance to navigate the Student Compass -program.

Individual coaching

The coached supported program is free for international Master’s degree students at JYU and includes:

  • Three meetings with a well-being coach (in-person or online), 
  • An individual assessment of your mental well-being, 
  • Independent practice and written feedback from the well-being coach through the Student Compass online platform.
