Mr. WANG Ming is Senior Research Fellow and the Vice President of China National Academy of Educational Sciences. He is awarded the State Council's special government allowance. His main research interests are "macro education policy" and "basic education". He has participated in major policy researches and drafting of policy documents such as balanced development of compulsory education, reform of the school system, reform of education quality assessment, and reform of the middle and high school entrance examinations. He has published more than 300 articles in academic journals such as Education Research, Peking University Education Review, etc. |

Mr. DENG Youchao Director of National Office of Education Sciences Planning, CNAES |
Mr. DENG Youchao is the Director and Senior Research Fellow of the National Office of Education Sciences Planning at China National Academy of Educational Sciences. He has presided over or completed dozens of major key research projects, such as "Development of Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Educational System and Mechanisms". His research fields include educational theory, macro-education, etc. |

Mr. WANG Jian Director of Institute of Education Finance, CNAES |
Mr. WANG Jian received his PhD in Education from Peking University and is currently the Director and Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Education Finance at the China National Academy of Educational Sciences. His main research areas include education development strategy, education finance, private education. He has participated in the research and drafting of major policies such as the Outline of the National Medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan and the reform of the secondary and higher education examinations. |

Mr. LI Tie’an is the Director and Senior Research Fellow of Institute of Basic Education at China National Academy of Educational Sciences. His main research areas include curriculum and pedagogy, history of mathematical culture and thought, classroom teaching reform, and school culture construction. |
