Concept workshop: Cultural wellbeing

Welcome to disscuss together in interdisciplinary group about the concept of cultural wellbeing! The event is open for all and there is no need to pre-register. Possibility for lunch together (with own cost) with participants after the workshop. Language used in the event is accustomed to the needs of the participants present in the event.

Welcome to discuss and pondert together the different definitions of cultural wellbeing together with other researchers in an interdisciplinary setting! You may have new perpectuves from various scientific fields that could also help you witth your own research! The workshop is organized jointly with Network of wellbeing and health researchers (HYTTI) .

I you wish, you can prepare by thinking beforehand:

• how cultural wellbeing is defined and how is research about it conducted in your own or in your scientific field?

• how cultural wellbeing can be measured -> are there any established indicators to it?

• do you know articles about cultural wellbeing that you could also recommend to others?

• it the term cultural wellbeing / kulttuurihyvinvointi used similarly in Finnish and English languages? Are there any synonyms to it? 

You could also look at following publications and sites (mainly in Finnish)

It the theme in interesting you but you cannot attend, you can also send your thoughts and perspectives to the organisers beforehand by email. Through them you can also suggest another concept that you would wish to see as a topic of our concept workshop in the future.
