The panelists

Students

Maria Lampilahti (Psychology)

Maria Lampilahti is studying psychology in her 4th year. Topics related to working life are becoming increasingly relevant to her, but also more uncertain. Lampilahti is interested in what lies beyond the ‘traditional’ career path of a psychologist: “Psychology as a subject touches almost all kinds of work, but how does it manifest in practice?”

Elias Hokkanen (Early Childhood Education)

Elias Hokkanen is in his third year of studying early childhood education. He graduated as a practical nurse from in 2014 and then worked as a childcare worker for seven years. Hokkanen came to the Ģֱ to deepen his knowledge of early childhood education and, in his own words, "to bring new challenges to his professional life".
