Your salary is based on collective labour agreements.

The Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ complies with the General Collective Agreement for Universities as well as the Collective Labour Agreement for Teacher Training Schools..

Pay levels are determined by the universities’ salary system. The salary consists of two components: one based on the job demand level and the other on personal performance level.

The collective labour agreement has separate job demand levels for teaching and research staff (levels OV01–OV11) and for other staff (support and expert services) (levels MV02–MV15). The collective labour agreement for teacher training schools defines job demand levels for the teaching staff of these schools (levels CO01–CO11).

Personal performance is assessed in all of the above-mentioned staff categories, using the performance level categories defined in the collective labour agreements (categories I–IV).
