The three development programmes of the strategy are a strong research university, a university with societal impact, and an internationally attractive university. The cross-cutting themes of the development programmes are a sustainable financial basis, a capable and healthy university community, human-centric digitalisation, and a dynamic campus environment.

Strong research university

The key strengths and appeal of the Ģ��ֱ�� are based on its internationally high-level, responsible research and education as well as on its identity as a progressive research university.

We foster the openness and freedom of science, research and teaching and strengthen a renewing academic culture.

We become the leading provider of continuous learning and develop our offering in the digital operating environment in an agile manner to renew working life and competence in society.

We systematise our stakeholder cooperation with domestic and international partners.
We create a service and cooperation platform for businesses, communities and individuals to unite RDI activity, continuing education and the open university.
