Winter School of Ecology
The Winter School of Ecology gives you an opportunity to study under the supervision of teachers with experience in winter ecology and evolutionary ecology and get valuable fieldwork experience in a unique field station atmosphere.
The 18th Jyväskylä Winter School of Ecology will be organized 13 - 21 February 2025 at Konnevesi Research Station (Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥), which is located ca. 70 km north of the city of Jyväskylä. The application round is currently open!
Jyväskylä Winter School of Ecology comprises of a set of courses focused on Winter Ecology, Winter Limnology and related fields. It is organised annually in mid-winter by the Faculty of Mathematics and Science and the Department of Biological and Environmental Science of the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, in cooperation with leading Finnish experts in the field.
