Accommodation during Summer School in Human Sciences

Learn about options for accommodation during the Summer School.

The summer school reserves a tentative quota of rooms for summer school students. The accommodation information for summer 2024 will be updated here as soon as available. 

Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that there is a limited number of rooms, so the earlier you reserve, the better chances you will have to secure the type of room you wish. Please note that the accommodation provider has a reservation deadline and making a reservation within the Summer School quota is only possible for the summer school period. Check the dates and reservation deadlines below (tba). You will receive detailed reservation instructions and reservation codes in the Confirmation of Acceptance email.

If you prefer to stay somewhere else during the Summer School, you should arrange the accommodation yourself. Hotels are located mainly in the city centre within a 15-30 minute walking distance from the campuses. 

 

Please note that the Summer School will not be responsible for making an accommodation reservation for you. Please reserve your room by contacting the accommodation provider directly.

ISEP students

Students applying in the framework of the ISEP exchange programme are entitled to free housing. ISEP students will receive a scholarship for covering their accommodation costs. Information and instructions for reserving housing will be sent to admitted ISEP students by email. ISEP students will also receive a food stipend of 340 EUR (approx. 364 USD) for food expenses.
