The introduction should include a literature review that defines the most important concepts in the proposal and provides support for your indicated research aims or hypotheses. After the introduction, describe the research methods you could potentially use to investigate your hypotheses. The proposed research must be aligned with the core themes of the Psychology of Physical Activity, Health and Well-being programme. The research plan can be a maximum of 4 (A4 size) pages, including references, and must be written in English using 1.5 line spacing and size 12 Times New Roman font. Please submit as a .pdf file and include your last name in the filename (Smith_PsyAct Research Proposal.pdf).

Record a video in which you provide clear and concise answers to the following questions in English:
- How have your previous studies and experiences prepared you to be a top student in this Master's programme?
- Which aspects of this programme are most exciting or interesting to you and why?
- What knowledge and skills do you expect to gain from this programme, and how will these help you fulfil your career ambitions after graduation?
- What are the possible implications of the research you described in the research proposal?
We strongly recommend rehearsing this several times before the final recording to ensure that the answers are indeed clear and concise, and that they address all four questions above.
Technical instructions for the video:
- The maximum length of the video is 3 minutes.
