Master's applicants: How to submit your attachments in 2025

Instructions for submitting your educational documents for verification if you are admitted to an English-taught master's programme in 2025 (excl. Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters). Your admissions letter will state whether you are required to submit any documents for verification.
Unconditional admission

If your offer is unconditional, the University was able to verify the necessary documents electronically. You are not required to submit any further documentation.

Conditional admission

If you have been offered a conditional study place, we must verify the authenticity of the relevant educational documents. We must also be able to confirm that you have graduated if your degree was still incomplete at the time of application. For us to be able to do so, you must submit the necessary educational documents in a way that meets our specific requirements. Please familiarise yourself with these requirements and start acquiring the documents as soon as possible since it can take several months.

Your (final) educational documents must reach the University by 15 July 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (EEST). Otherwise, your admission will be cancelled. The deadline cannot be extended, even in case of a delay caused by a third party, such as the issuing institution, a delivery service, or customs.

As a rule, all higher education documents must be certified. These may include, for example,:

  • (Provisional) degree certificate
  • Transcript of records
  • Official translations (if applicable)
  • High school diploma (only if serving as proof of English skills)

The first step is to double-check that your documents include all the required information. If some key piece of information is missing, further documentation is needed.
