I work as a Capital & Risk Analyst in Stockholm, Sweden at the largest financial services company in the Nordics. Previous to this job I did a 1-year graduate program in which I covered different units from Innovation & E-Commerce, to Value Propositions development, Sales and Compliance. My job today focuses on reporting to both internal and external stakeholders different figures regarding the status of the bank which will dictate how our company moves forward. Prior to coming to Finland, I worked for 2 years in Guatemala and finalized a degree in Industrial Engineering. My decision to apply to the IBE program was the international exposure to people from different countries and the different entrepreneurship courses. During my studies I worked at a startup company and also did an exchange to France attending EM Lyon Business School for one semester.
The IBE program provides a unique platform to meet great people, take challenging courses and develop language skills. This program offered me great opportunities to develop personally and professionally but it required me to step out of my comfort zone. I can truly say this program was a great life choice!
