Centralised recording of publication data (Converis)
Publications made at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ are recorded in the Converis research information system. Open Science Centre is responsible for the centralised recording of publication data.

Information required for publication:
- DOI identifier or web address
- Authors of the publication, title of the publication and publication channel
- JYU unit and subject information concerning JYU authors, as well as follow-up groups
- Type of publication and field of science describing the content of the publication
- Information on the research project/funding
- PDF version of the publication
Information provided in the PDF is not required in the form. If there is no electronic version, the publication can be scanned as needed. For example, for book articles, a title page, the back page of the title page, and a table of contents are required.
If the publication is in the publisher's service, the publisher’s version will be self-archived to JYX. Converis staff will download this version directly from the publisher's website. If the publication is not open, researchers will be asked to attach an (= AAM/Final draft) for open self-archiving, and it will be published in the .
