Research group description

Our research group focuses on Child Functioning Studies. These studies are rooted in cognitive neuroscience, addressing attention difficulties, cognitive processes, stress and socio-emotional challenges in children. These studies also extend to adults to investigate whether such challenges identified in childhood persist, evolve, or resolve over time. The research further examines the efficacy of digital interventions in mitigating these difficulties, alongside exploring the potential of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) to advance cognitive and socio-emotional well-being.
