The Registry Office processes and registers incoming documents and contracts at the University. It manages an online system that allows users to follow the processing of matters through related documentation.

The Registry Office answers enquiries and requests concerning registered documents and provides access to them. Visitors can peruse public documents at the office. Appointments for such visits should preferably be arranged in advance with the Registry Office staff.

The Archive maintains the University's document archive and is responsible for the collection and filing of the University's permanently stored documents.

Data transfer request

The enclosed application form is meant for requesting data from a personal register and/or document of the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥. Requests for personal data should be made in writing. Data transfer requests can also be made to the data controller in a free format, orally or in writing, but using the enclosed application form will speed up the process.

Request to access personal data, have personal data rectified or erased or other request

With the form one can request the content of the data the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ processes of her/his person.
