Project description

PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) is a joint research programme of OECD member countries.
PISA provides information on the state and performance of education in an international comparative framework, but also on the factors that influence learning outside school.
PISA consists of PISA surveys conducted every three years (2000, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018, 2022, 2025).
The survey is funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The National Centre for PISA Research is located at the Finnish Institute for Educational Research in Jyväskylä.
