Project description

The research aims to analyse the contents and structure of the pedagogical training courses for academic staff. The analysis is based on the current research on higher education teaching and learning (the literature review). The training courses were also analysed based on the university's strategy and education development programme, the national vision for higher education and research 2030 and the related roadmap for implementation, the OECD's Sustainable Development Goals, and the results of FINEEC's audit. The data consist of the curricula documents and the interviews of trainers and participants. The project is related to the development of pedagogical training for academic staff at the JYU.
