I work as a Development Manager and the head of Support for Education Governance and Development service area at the Student and Academic Services, Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥.

I am a specialist in education development and have further education in team and business coaching and supervision (work-councelling).

My mission is to foster and facilitate educational development and organisational coaching through systemic thinking and collaboration. Other speciality areas are university education and pedagogy and curriculum development.

In research I focus on three main themes: university teachers development, university students study experiences and guidance, and peer group mentoring. University teachers' pedagogical training has been a great part of my work in Finland and abroad since 2003 (also at the University of Tampere).
