Currently I'm working as a post doc researcher in EDUCA Flagship (see more ). In my research I have focused on, for example, teachers' occupational well-being, student engagement and the quality of teacher-student interaction. Before my current position, I worked as post doctoral researcher in EduRESCUE project, which explored the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on schools, pupils, parents, teachers and principals (see more ).

I defended my doctorate on education at the end of year 2020. My basic education is Master of Education with qualification to work as a classroom teacher and special education teacher.
