Biography
I am the team leader of the Student Service Desk team in the Student and Academic Services.
The Student Service Desk helps degree students, students in continuous learning and the staff with general study-related questions. We are also responsible for the development and maintenance of the HelpJYU portal, the Minerva chatbot and the MyJYU app.
