I work as a study sceretary in the International Student Admissions Team in Student and Academic Services. 

In my role, I'm responsible for the applicant guidance of JYU’s English-taught master’s programmes as well as training the Chatbot Minerva. During the admission period I participate in the technical tasks related to the admission process.
