Biography

For the past nine years, Eeva-Lotta has produced and managed marketing strategies within the international e-commerce and digital marketing fields in various roles. She is experienced in both performance and growth marketing strategies and knows how to make marketing efforts both efficient and creative enough to reach company KPIs. Her educational background is in International Business, and she completed her MBA from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in 2019. Following her recent interests in design thinking, she entered the field of service design at the beginning of 2024 and is now completing her MA degree in Design at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. With her lead, the service design methodology is applied to the AUDISSION project management and development with a special focus on customer-centric and co-creative design.
