The ABCs of Quantum Computing

Quantum physics, information and computing are connected, but how? Get to know quantum computing and quantum information with free-of-charge online courses offered by JYU Open University.

Delve into quantum information!

What is quantum information, and how will quantum computing revolutionise how we process information? What role will quantum information play in society? These are questions that you will understand better by studying new open courses at JYU Open University.

The ABCs of Quantum Computing (parts A, B, and C) familiarise you with the key concepts in quantum information and computing. The first course deals with quantum physics, randomness and probability, information, gate computation and quantum gate computation. The second course focuses on the mathematical language of quantum computing. The third course will be released in 2025.
