According to Chief Digital Officer Ari Hirvonen, the development programme is about open-minded digital development characterised by user orientation, diversity, and agility.
“It means continuous learning: The world is changing and also digitalisation along with it. We seek to respond to this change by means of our Digital Development Programme.”
