We are collecting users' opinions on the usability of the HelpJYU service portal!
More than three years have passed since the introduction of the HelpJYU service portal, and the services offered through the portal have expanded to cover several of the university's service activities. Units that offer services through HelpJYU, such as digital services and student and academic services, want to improve the usability of the service portal and launch a survey to map users' opinions about the portal.
The survey will be carried out between 13 December 2022 and 13 January 2023. The survey is randomly targeted to people who have recently submitted a service request through the service forms of the HelpJYU system. The survey is sent to 1,000 people. The target group includes both staff, students and users outside the university community.
The survey is carried out using the survey function of the HelpJYU system. Respondents to the survey will receive a message in their e-mail containing a link to the survey. The survey contains 10 questions that survey e.g. usability of the portal in terms of clarity and structure. Answering the survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes. The results of the survey are not linked to the user, the survey can be completed anonymously whether the user is logged in or not.
The results of the survey will be used in the development of the structure, navigation and form functionalities of the HelpJYU service portal. The technical implementation of the survey is executed by the digital services of the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥.
