Introducing the Student's Compass supported program with a dedicated well-being coach by your side!

What is Student Compass?

Developed by Student Life’s wellbeing team at the Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥, The Student Compass is a research-based mental wellbeing and life skills program tailor-made for international students like you. Our goal is to support you to develop and maintain your mental wellbeing skills and provide you with tools to cope with elevated stress, low-mood and/or anxiety, and enhance your overall life management skills.

Why Choose Student's Compass?

We understand that the path to success at the university can be challenging, and that's why we offer this program free of charge to all international Master’s degree students. Here's what you can expect:

  • Three One-on-One Sessions: Connect with a dedicated wellbeing coach who will guide you through your unique challenges. Discuss your concerns, set goals, and receive personalized guidance to navigate the Student Compass -program.
  • Personalized Mental Wellbeing assessment: Get insights into your mental well-being and gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Individual Work and Coach Feedback: Benefit from personalized guidance and written feedback from your well-being coach as you work independently on assigned tasks within the Student's Compass online environment.

Free coaching will start on week 42 and end during weeks 49-50.
