THE ranking: JYU climbs to the list of Computer Sciences
The Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ was ranked 401–500 among the world’s best universities in Computer Science in the Times Higher Education – World University Rankings. This is the first time JYU gets on the list.

The Computer Science evaluation of the THE ranking included various specialised fields of study in computer science. From JYU, the list includes disciplines from the Faculty of Information Technology.
The ranking weights teaching, research and citations to publications. In addition, international outlook and industry income are evaluated.
