THE ranking: JYU again among the world’s best in Computer Sciences
The Ä¢¹½Ö±²¥ was ranked 501–600 among the world’s best universities in Computer Science in the Times Higher Education – World University Rankings.

Last year the position was 401–500. The list includes seven universities from Finland.
The Computer Science evaluation of the THE ranking included various specialised fields of study in computer science. From JYU, the list includes disciplines from the Faculty of Information Technology.
The ranking weights teaching, research and citations to publications. In addition, international outlook and industry income are evaluated.
