Student services move to HelpJYU on 15 June
Instead of emailing to opiskelijapalvelut@jyu.fi or studentservices@jyu.fi , the most common service requests will from now on be made via the new HelpJYU service. This includes annual registration, study rights and general matters related to student register.

HelpJYU also serves as a self-service channel where one can find services and answers to frequently asked questions. In addition, on making a service request, the user automatically receives useful information on the topic.
